We all suffer from blockage. If a blockage occurs too long and too often, it can become a problem. The transit time, the time it takes the body to turn food into faeces, is ideally less than 24 hours. The transit time is strongly influenced by exercise and sufficient consumption of fiber. If the transit time is longer, this often means that you are constipated. Food remains in the colon for longer, where it decomposes further and toxins can then enter the bloodstream via the intestinal wall. Animal products and dairy products in particular start to rot in the large intestine if it is not eliminated properly. This causes overgrowth of harmful bacteria and parasites.
Do you suffer from blockage? Is it difficult to go to the toilet?
“Fruit on an empty stomach has a 1-hour transit. With a healthy digestive system, this means that you have to go to the toilet after an hour. "
Do you suffer from skin problems?
As the largest organ of the body, the skin functions in many ways. It prevents the loss of body fluids and acts as a barrier against microbes and pathogens. It has heat, cold and pain receptors that send signals to protect us from the outside world. The skin also synthesizes vitamin D3 in response to exposure to sunlight. Healthy, clear skin indicates a well-balanced and clean system. Skin disorders can be triggered for various reasons and this varies from person to person. Eczema, psoriasis and acne require individually adapted cleansing and diet programs to meet your specific needs. The main issues we look at are: allergies, food intolerances, acid-alkaline balance, hormonal regulation, bowel function, toxicity levels and candida overgrowth. The first phase of healing any skin condition is cleansing the digestive and lymphatic systems. This ensures a better absorption of nutrients and a better elimination of waste products.
What does the liver have to do with skin problems?
The liver-skin connection plays an important role in skin problems. The liver removes toxins from the bloodstream to be eliminated from the body. But if the liver is overloaded, inflamed or fat, the breakdown of toxins and metabolic waste is reduced and toxins are forced to the skin for elimination. In our practice we use a combination of 3 intestinal rinses, coffee enemas and herbal tea to cleanse the liver. See the colon as the body's waste bin that needs to be emptied regularly. If this is not the case, the waste accumulates and runs over. This is how 'auto-intoxication' occurs. Auto-intoxication is the process of self-poisoning if waste products are not effectively removed from the body. Instead, it is reintroduced into the bloodstream and must find another path of elimination. This is a factor that contributes to many skin problems. Certain conditions such as constipation, diarrhea, IBS, inflammatory bowel diseases and bacterial dysbiosis can cause the colon to be damaged and no longer function properly. You may also experience other symptoms such as lack of energy, fatigue, irritability, sinus problems or frequent and persistent diseases. These are all signs that the body needs cleansing. A healthy, radiant skin starts with a clean, well-functioning digestive system. Cleansing the body will help remove waste and toxins, enabling better nutrient uptake and rebuilding and rejuvenating the system. Combined with a balanced diet, important supplements, pure water and exercise, the texture of the skin will refine, after which you will shine again.
What is irritable bowel syndrome, or PDS (IBS)?
Irritable bowel syndrome or IBS is one of the most common bowel disorders. Irritable bowel is not an isolated disease, but a symptom that affects people in different ways. Symptoms include chronic abdominal pain, abdominal cramps, bloating, diarrhea and / or constipation and indigestion. Psychological stress plays an important role in this. Stress is linked to disturbed intestinal flora and food intolerances. Some clients do not tolerate gluten or lactose and others have problems with malabsorption of fructose or both.
1.Good bacteria are essential for proper digestion and immune function. When the balance of good bacteria in the intestines is disturbed, the chemistry of the intestine changes and the symptoms begin. The immune system is modulated by the right bacteria in the gut, so maintaining a healthy balance is crucial. The use of antibiotics is one of the main culprits in depleting beneficial bacteria. Broad spectrum antibiotics are designed to kill all bacteria, good or bad, making the intestines more susceptible to dysbiosis. Other factors that disturb the balance of bacteria are painkillers, medicines, processed foods, smoking and alcohol. The best way to restore the intestinal flora is to adjust the diet. Supplementation with prebiotics and probiotics speeds up the process but does not have a lasting effect if the diet is not adjusted. In addition, a good bacterial balance is restored with cleaning. 2. Constipation is one of the most common digestive problems. Less than one bowel movement per day indicates chronic constipation. Accumulated waste in the colon becomes toxic and is not eliminated, but rather absorbed into the bloodstream (auto-intoxication), putting other organs such as the liver, kidneys, and skin under pressure. This waste is also the perfect breeding ground for parasites and bad bacteria. Long-term use of laxatives to treat constipation is not the answer. Laxatives can have serious side effects such as irritation and weakening of the gut, loss of essential nutrients and long-term dependence. Colonhydrotherapy is a safe and effective method for treating constipation and other digestive problems. In contrast to laxatives (and laxative herbs), intestinal rinsing does not use chemicals to stimulate the colon. Instead, heated, purified water works physically to remove waste and restore peristaltic function. The cleansing and strengthening of the intestine is the basis from which health is further built up. 3. Lack of digestive enzymes such as amylase, protease and lipase, as well as hydrochloric or stomach acid can cause bloating, indigestion, reflux, pain and cramps. Without the right balance of digestive enzymes, essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium cannot be properly broken down or assimilated. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including painkillers, can damage the stomach, especially with prolonged use. Not chewing enough and eating too much also has an effect on the digestive capacity and function. Something that you may not be aware of is that drinking large amounts of water or other drinks during a meal causes digestive enzymes to be diluted, thereby reducing digestion. Try to drink half an hour before or after meals. Water or pure herbal tea is recommended. 4. When it comes to IBS, nutrition is crucial. In many cases, food allergies cause IBS symptoms. The most common food allergies are gluten, dairy and fructose. Eliminating processed foods, superheated oils, trans fats, sugar and dairy products is a good start and will relieve the pressure on the digestive organs and allow the onset of healing. Drinking enough water (1 liter per 30 kg body weight) is an important step in the fight against digestive disorders and IBS. Drink more water!

Do you have fungal infection? Candida is a fungal species that belongs to the yeast family. In general, it does not cause damage because it is controlled by the immune system, the pH of the gut and the 'army' of good bacteria. However, if the body's defenses are affected by sugary foods, alcohol, antibiotics, stress, and many other reasons, candida can occur and cause many unpleasant symptoms. These include bloating, constipation and / or diarrhea, fatigue, thrush, urinary tract infections, foggy thinking and depression. Strengthening your immune system and adjusting your diet is essential for curing candida. Bowel cleansing is especially advisable if candida is associated with constipation, diarrhea or IBS.
If you have a bloated belly, everyone has gas, it's normal. But if it is exaggerated and uncomfortable, it is a sign of digestive imbalance. Gas can be a product of fermentation in the gut. This often happens with wrong food combinations, allergies and overeating. The stomach only has so much hydrochloric acid and pancreatic enzymes to digest a reasonable amount of food. Excessive and repeated overeating will eventually overload the stomach and small intestine, leading to gas. Bacterial overgrowth and parasites can also cause gas and can make you feel sleepy. Some types of bacteria produce an excessive amount of gas, especially immediately after eating. The removal of gas starts with cleansing the colon to remove waste, bacteria and parasites, diet and lifestyle adjustments and the right type of probiotics to restore the balance in the intestinal bacteria. Digestive enzymes can also be useful.
Are you unable to lose weight quickly? Many personal trainers advise their clients to do intestinal flushing before they start training. They know that a properly functioning intestine is important for weight loss. I often see clients exercising intensively without much result, all because they fight against their toxic gut. Of course, weight loss depends on various factors - diet, hydration, exercise, hormone balance, stress reduction - but cleansing is often overlooked. When your body is clean inside, you will be surprised how easy it is to get the figure you want.
I suffer from fatigue. What am I doing wrong? Fatigue arises for a variety of reasons - long-term physical or emotional stress, adrenal exhaustion, insufficient exercise, overweight, food intolerance, allergies or an unhealthy liver. Many people are chronically tired by stress and eating processed foods and few raw, fresh fruits and vegetables. The liver is overloaded and this has a direct impact on the immune system. We are actually what we eat. The food we eat literally changes the building blocks of our cells, so if we eat and drink food that has no vitality and no life force, we get tired. It is therefore important that you adjust your diet and if necessary take extra supplements to supplement your nutritional deficiencies.
